Color Field Series
I love color more than anything else in art. I can lose myself in a color and marvel at how it changes
when I place it next to its compliment or next to analogous colors in varying degrees of light.
Color directs the mood of my paintings. One can express so much by exploring combinations
of color using a limited color palette. I use stencil designs of varying shapes
for some of my decorative paintings along with a color field effect. I also use the variety of acrylic gels and mediums to obtain a three dimensional look. |
